CONSULTATION
COMPLIMENTARY VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT
Through our personalised virtual consultation process, a dedicated designer will guide you through our collection in real time via a video call. From fabric selection and styling advice to precise measurement guidance and fit preferences, every detail is carefully managed to ensure a seamless experience from anywhere in the world. Throughout the process your dedicated designer will remain in contact, providing updates, recommendations and support.
MEASUREMENTS
GUIDING YOU STEP BY STEP
Prior to us taking your measurements we discuss with you your personal body goals and where possible we calculate our timeline around these goals to best reflect your achievements in your final fit. Once your order is confirmed, we provide a comprehensive measurement guide and step-by-step instructional video outlining exactly how to take each measurement correctly. To further ensure accuracy, we will cross check the measurements and answer any queries you may have for us. This hands on approach allows us to achieve precision and fit expected from a premium tailoring house.
Following this stage our master tailors will then translate these measurements into a pattern specific to you to create your individual custom piece.
PRODUCTION
YOUR DESIGN COMES TO LIFE
Once your garments are ready, we will contact you with images and videos before express posting it to your location. We will also offer styling advice on how to integrate these pieces into your everyday wardrobe and leverage your investment. The personalised approach continues after delivery where your designer will remain in close contact to assist with any further queries.
