We aim to dispatch all in-stock website orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and apply to major metropolitan areas. Regional locations may require an additional 1–2 business days for delivery. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur from time to time. As such, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Whilst, rare for many of our clients depending on the value of your order and local regulations, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply in the United States. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by US Customs and local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

If customs duties, taxes or import fees are refused or remain unpaid and the order is returned to Couture Menswear, the order will be refunded less the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any additional fees incurred by Couture Menswear as a result of the return. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable by Couture Menswear.
