How long does it take to create a custom made to measure suit set?

Our timeline is determined by your fabric and design choice. Custom made to measure tailoring for corporate and lifestyle we recommend 8 - 10 weeks and for wedding or special events we recommend 3 - 6 months (Please note measurements can be delayed if required due to body changes). Urgent orders for sooner than 8 weeks may be available upon request. Alternatively, enquire about our ready to wear collection and we can have it shipped within a few days.

How does the process work?

Book a consultation with us here and our team will be in touch to arrange a virtual video consultation. During this appointment a dedicated designer will showcase our collection and guide you through the process from design to measurements.

How do I take my measurements accurately?

Prior to us taking your measurements we discuss with you your personal body goals and where possible we calculate our timeline around these goals to best reflect your achievements in your final fit. Once your order is confirmed, we provide a comprehensive measurement guide and step-by-step instructional video outlining exactly how to take each measurement correctly. To further ensure accuracy, we will cross check the measurements and answer any queries you may have for us. This hands on approach allows us to achieve precision and fit expected from a premium tailoring house.

What if there will be changes to my body?

If you intend to embark on a health journey prior to your measurements it is important you notify your designer so we can adjust the timeline where possible.

Where are you located?

We are an Australian fashion house with showrooms throughout Australia and our main headquarters located in Sydney. However, due to popular demand we have released our services to the United States and have been servicing the US for over 6 years.

Do you sell ready to wear garments?

Please note most of our designs showcased are custom made garments however, we do have a limited range of ready to wear suiting options available for immediate delivery. They are stocked in a size range from S - XXL. Please contact us for more information.

How do I make payment?

We offer a secure payment link that works with most card providers. It is a simple transaction that will operate like a standard online purchase. Please note payments are divided over three stages throughout the process.
